Brief introducton 

Antiblock masterbatch is made by mixing several kinds of high effect special addictives together in specific technical process.When antiblock masterbatch is used,one layer of lubricant film will occur and cover the plastic products surface.  By this way, it is distinctly to reduce the adhesion effect of plastic products and lubricant function during       machining process for plastic products.

Function principle 

Migrating onto the surface very quickly to reduce or eliminate blocking between two plastic parts.Antiblock masterbatches counter acts the tendency of extruded films in sticking together and helps in improving the opening characteristics of films/bags. Itsapplications include mono / multilayer blown film for flexible packaging.
