Product properties

This product adopts the most advanced Viton FreeflowTM SAR-Z 200 PPA hergestellt in Du pont.

It will combined improved rheological fluorine elastomer with heat stability surface active agent to provide outstanding performance.SAR-Z 200 will eliminate the problem of melt fracture, reduce the pressure and torque, power consumption, fouling of mouth mode, no matter how the polyolefin process condition is.

Application

    PPA masterbatch-PP/PE is designed for improving different kinds of polyolefin extrusion processing, such as LLDPE\M-LLDPE\HDPE\HMWHDPE. Can be used in usual processing temperature of these materials.

  

    Effect:

1. eliminate the problem of Melt Fracture, Improve production surface finish, transparency

2. Reduces or eliminates educt from handpiece,prolong continuous production time; Clear paste from nitrogen-treated barrel, screw, and handpiece

3. Improve the LLDPE formula ratio to reduce cost and improve quality or choose lower melting LLDPE to improve performance.

4. Reduce the drive motor torque and power consumption; or improve equipment production ability in condition of original back pressure

5. Improve pigments and resin compatibility,Improve load of carbon black and brightness in black masterbatch.

 

Method of application:

1. Regulate extruding machine in advance to make products maximum efficiency

2.First, operate the machine about 30 minutes in a low speed with 5%-10% PPA masterbatch.

3. the circumstance of eliminate melt rupture or membrane bubble instability may be happening when adjust processing conditions such as speed or back pressure according to the practical production situation

4. use level suggestion is 0.5%-1% to achieve the ideal effect

Package, Transportations and Storage:

1) PP woven bag, 20kg / bag.

2) Transportations according to non-dangerous goods. Note to avoid moisture, insolation and breakage.

3) It is better to be used within 9 months for optimum performance. Make sure products which are opened be carefully resealed.
